Greetings Pierre Laclede Family,  

Welcome to our 2020-2021 Academic School Year!  We ended the previous school year with an unexpected challenge; however, WE MADE IT!  We were able to conquer the odds through virtual instruction and learning. You have proven through your hard work that nothing is impossible when we collaborate and work together.  I am extremely proud of the students, parents, faculty, staff and the community partnerships of Pierre Laclede. 

As we begin this year, we may continue this electrifying journey with uncharted waters; however, we will strive with determination to ensure academic success for all students.  Pierre Laclede has a rich history of intentional high levels of achievement.  We are committed in the continuation of providing a positive, nurturing, and safe learning environment where diversity is valued, respected, and celebrated.  

I am elated to return in my 7^th year as your Principal Leader and I feel honored to work with our highly qualified and dedicated staff, our wonderful scholars, and all of the supportive parents and community stakeholders.  The elementary and intermediate years are critical times of development for students and families and I look forward in working with all of you to make this academic year successful as we foster the love for learning.
